1. Custom Manufacturing & Product Variations

Every piece crafted by HBR Furniture Studio is custom-engineered and made-to-order. Because we use premium natural materials such as solid woods, natural stone, and top-grain leathers, natural variations in color, grain, and texture will occur.

  • These variations are not manufacturing defects; they are the distinct signatures of authentic, high-end materials.

  • While we strive to match digital renders and reference photos as closely as possible, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to screen display differences and the natural dye processes of our fabrics and leathers.

2. Client Measurements & Site Specifications

For all custom orders where the client provides the spatial dimensions or floor plans, the client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of those measurements.

  • HBR Furniture Studio is not liable if a custom-manufactured piece does not fit into the designated space, through doorways, or into elevators based on client-provided dimensions.

  • If you require our team to take on-site measurements, this must be explicitly requested and may incur an additional site-visit fee.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments

All bespoke projects require an approved quotation and an advance payment before production begins.

  • Quotations provided by our design team are valid for 15 days from the date of issue. After 15 days, material costs may fluctuate, and a new quote may be required.

  • Production will not commence, and raw materials will not be procured, until the agreed-upon advance payment is successfully received.

  • The final balance must be cleared prior to dispatch or upon delivery, as outlined in your specific project contract.

4. Production Timelines & Delivery

Our commitment is to master craftsmanship, which requires precision and time.

  • Any lead times or delivery dates provided are estimates, not guarantees. While we pride ourselves on timely execution, custom manufacturing can occasionally experience delays due to raw material sourcing, intricate engineering requirements, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

  • We will maintain transparent communication regarding your project’s status throughout the manufacturing process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design layouts, is the property of HBR Furniture Studio and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any material on our website without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBR Furniture Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a custom order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific order.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
