Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HBR Furniture Studio, we take immense pride in our master craftsmanship and bespoke engineering. Because our business is built on creating custom, made-to-order pieces tailored specifically to your spatial dimensions, material preferences, and aesthetic vision, our refund and return policies differ from standard retail showrooms.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items All custom furniture, built-ins, and bespoke architectural elements manufactured by HBR Furniture Studio are final sale. Because these items are engineered exactly to your unique specifications and floor plans, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for “change of mind” or incorrect dimensions provided by the client. 2. Order Cancellations & Advance Payments We require an advance payment/deposit to secure your production slot and procure raw materials.

  • Within 24 Hours: You may cancel or modify your custom order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund of your deposit.

  • After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, raw materials are procured, and production begins. At this stage, your advance deposit becomes strictly non-refundable.

3. Manufacturing Defects & Transit Damage We uphold rigorous quality control standards at our Lucknow and Rampur facilities before any piece leaves our studio.

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Clients are required to inspect all furniture immediately upon delivery or installation.

  • Reporting an Issue: If an item arrives damaged due to transit or has a proven manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs and a written description of the issue.

  • Resolution: In the rare event of a defect or damage, HBR Furniture Studio reserves the right to repair the item to our luxury standards or replace it entirely. Outright refunds are not provided for repairable damages.

4. Measurement & Fit Liability For clients providing their own floor plans or measurements, HBR Furniture Studio is not liable if the finished piece does not fit through doorways, hallways, or elevators, or does not fit the intended room layout. It is the client’s strict responsibility to ensure all dimensions allow for successful delivery and placement.

5. Processing Approved Refunds In the rare event that a refund is authorized by our management team (such as a valid 24-hour cancellation), the funds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
